Massport Alert Levels
- Alert 1 - Stand-by aircraft with mechanical problem. Fire/Rescue deploy
- Alert 2 - A serious mechanical problem with aircraft and/or terrorist threat. Airport is locked down, only emergency vehicles have access to/from airport
- Alert 3 - Actual crash and/or fire

- Massport uses a 800mhz Motorola Type 2 trunked system
- Sys ID: 063e
- NOTE: The Conventional frequency 453.9000 Mhz DPL 205 can be patched to any of the Fire talk groups for Interop. It has been reported patched onto several different talk groups at different times and is not always activated
Analog System Frequencies
- It appears that the 860 Megahertz frequencies may no longer be in use on this system as of January 1, 2013.
- Massport is transitioning to the P-25 system. Any information input is welcomed. This system is in it's infancy as of Aug. 25, 2013
- Changes are occurring rapidly, many more voice channels have been added to the P-25 system from the analog system.

- Massport is transitioning to a P-25 system. There are now 12 active channels as of January 16, 2014.
- This system is integrating with the Statewide system along with the Boston 700 Megahertz Overlay and the Cambridge P-25 and analog systems.
