Low audio on this feed ???

Listening to the feed I have to turn up the speaker volume to hear scanner activity. When the teamspeak announcements (members joining etc) chime in the volume is twice as loud as the feed I am listening to. Checked for loose connections and computers audio levels etc and cant find a reason for it on this end.

I would imagine the software is simply passing whatever audio is present without any measured threshold. Is this something that can be measured during set up or simply "tweeked" as we go
