- The CONOPS Interoperability Plan is administered by Maine Emergency Management Agency.
- These simplex channels will continue in service and are presumed to be programmed in all MSCOMMNET radios.

Emergency Management Operations
Maine State Emergency Management Agency
- MEMA is now using the MSCOMMNET system for some operations, including daily checks from County EMA offices.
- Future use of the MEMA conventional repeater system on 160.1400 is undetermined, but may stay in place as a back-up as the frequencies are not extensively reused for MSCOMMNET.
- Confirmation of any continued use of the conventional system is appreciated.
