Cataldo's Boston division operates out of a new base in Hyde Park. The Boston division handles many contracts in Boston and surrounding areas. Most notably being their contracts with Beth Israel Hospital, the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center, and Children's Hospital Boston. Much of the radio traffic heard will be transfer calls. Operations for this division do not go through the main operations center in Somerville at all.
