In Barnstable County, EMS is handled by the local fire departments. See the Barnstable County Fire Departments wiki page for FD talkgroups and frequencies. The standard CMED frequencies are used for ambulance < > hospital communications. The system is for the most part SIMPLEX. Use a 173.8 PL for the CMED BASE frequencies only, and leave the mobile (468 MHz) frequencies as CSQ (carrier squelch). Here is a list of standard CMED frequencies:
