As of December 31, 2012 Boston CMED is still in the Narrow-banding conversion and at the same time changing PL Tones to 136.5 Hz. <br>

As of January 1, 2013 all working frequencies have been converted to narrow band operation with a common PL of 136.5. Not all frequencies may be currently active.  
It is not known as to the availability of Med 9 and Med 10 for Non Boston EMS users, as these two channels have different tones and different designations by Boston EMS.
