During the first of 2009, Cumberland County will be installing a six site VHF narrow band- simulcast -3 channel radio system. Proposed sites are: RCC in Windham, Eagles Nest in Gray, Quaker Hill in Casco, Harrison (Crown site), Brunswick/Harpswell, and Portland.
