Adding information to the APCO-25 database is very simple if you follow the below instructions. All that is asked is that frequencies are entered into the table in numerical order. The following "syntax" is used to enter a line into the database. Text that is part of the syntax is in red. This syntax must be EXACTLY adhered to.
|-
|Frequency||The Name of the Station||Conventional or Trunked||Any remarks you might have.||The date of entry
So, as an example, a valid entry will look like this:
|-
|138.0750R||Westover AFB Law Enforcement/Security||Conventional||Thanks to "The Researcher" for the info.||1/3/06
Insert the line into the table by moving to the end (in this case the date) of the previous record, and hitting enter. You can then copy and paste the above line into the table and edit it. It's that simple. Click the SAVE PAGE button when you're done. If typing manually, the character that separates the fields is the "pipe" symbol. On most keyboards this key is directly above your ENTER key and is typed when the shift key is held down.
I encourage you to enter any confirmed APCO-25 data in this page. Thanks!
