Uniden to release the SDS150

Don't really need one but,
The built in GPS, Bluetooth and drop in charger I just might have to get one
 
The addition of GPS is long overdue. It will be interesting to see if the battery capacity is increased as it is likely going to draw more power. I'd expect it will be an on/off type of feature. The bluetooth addition is great as well, and as always all of this fun stuff is subject to change prior to release.

I hope the receiver will be more robust, and I would love to see the capability of per channel filter adjustments this time around, along with an easy way to get to the filters from the keypad.
 
I had my 100 modded with the internal GPS by the guy who used to be on RR, it's been a great addition. The only drawback is no longer having the clip/swivel on the back.

Fortunately it wasn't messed with when I've had to send it in to Uniden for other repairs after.

Assuming audio will be part of the bluetooth is another internal feature Id enjoy, as I've been using an aftermarket dongle.
 
Finally! Awesome news. I've been waiting for this. Not because I want one but because it'll knock down the price of used SDS100 & 200's so I can replace my BCD996P2 when and if the "new and improved" MA SP ever makes it out here.
