Hello.
Starting Sunday, March 8th, we're going to requre all users here to use the Xenforo 2 factor authentication (2FA) process for logging in. It's really simple. Every 30 days, the forum software will ask you to check your registered email for a six digit code and use that code to proceed. You do not need to re-enter your password if you stayed logged in, just the 6 digit code. There has been a major uptick in account breaches on message forums including Xenforo, so this is necessary to protect you and us from spamming. The Xenforo 2FA uses your registered email, so now is the time to check that your email is valid!
In 2026, with all we know about intense cyber security, you should be using 2FA everywhere, and not reusing your password anywhere. Not to mention the passwords should be 12 charecters long with the upper, lower, numbers and symbols. It's really simple.
