Sentinel Software problem?

I have been updating my systems and noticed that Commonwealth Of Massachusetts Interoperable Radio System that I have on one bank stopped working. Everything else did. This morning I updated my sd cards and now a lot of banks show nothing to scan. Even on full database it is not receiving State police and only monitors Worcester Simulcast only. My Business channels work. I cleared the user data on one card reinstalled the firmware and list and to no avail the problem still persists.

This started to happen after updated the latest sentinel version for the Waterfall firmware installation. This new problem affects 5 scanners' have.
Any Ideas?
 
If you programmed the 5 scanners from the same file, it would make sense that they would all behave the same.
If you look through the file, is data missing? Are quick keys set to off?
If the file changed the filter settings, did you try others? Filters behavior was supposed to be part of the firmware update.
 
Yup I checked. I have 90 Banks 15 of these are Businesses. I reinstalled Commonwealth Of Massachusetts Interoperable Radio System. That did not work. I also target the models as I update. It got worse after this morning. Double checked everything. One day at a time.
 
You mentioned the database didn't work either so should we assume this is a Favorite list? if so, perhaps post it.
Also, SDS100 or 200?
 
The only thing I did this weekend was doing Unit IDs on some systems and programing Trunk systems with no talk groups.

I have the database and scan off and just the favorites list on. The only time I use the database is when I am out of Mass.
I tried the data base to see if it was affected. I even used my desktop computer to see if it there was a problem with the laptop.
Both are affected, full database and favorites list.
Some list works and others don’t. Go figure. We see after the next database update..
 
It is almost certainly something in your programming. I just updated my SDS200 with the firmware and the latest database and CoMIRS B South is working from my Favorite list. I haven't checked it working from the database but no reason to think it would not.
Also, the lack of dozens of complaints from other MA users leads me to believe they are not experiencing the same thing.
 
3 quick keys were off. Everything works.
Geez go figure. Thank you for your help! Turned them off at some point not realizing it.
This was an embarrassing lesson.
 
Stuff happens, especially with the newer scanners that rely of programming software. I have experienced similar issues before. Every time it turned out to be a setting somehow got changed. No rhyme or reason but it happened. Always look to the smallest setting and double check them.
 
Question, on my laptop the windows files got corrupted and fixed, I went back to sentinel and Tools, Option and reconstructed the database and still the counties, statewide are blank. The favorites list is fine. On my desktop the Sentinel is fine. Any suggestions??
 
Did you do the download/update the database first? Not a sentinel user except for firmware updates.
I recall seeing something in the past week on RR about database issues, may be unrelated but worth a look.

Yes, at the time the laptop was corrupt. I see what happens on Monday when I update it. The Desktop it is normal. Go figure.
