At this time the ReConfirmation has been added.
The note of Milford Dispatch is related to a different Frequency

Anyone confirm they are now 24/7 on 151.4600 ?? or still Day vs Night as had been the past
 
As for night/day dispatching. I have them logged on that freq both at 2AM and 2PM.
They are confirmmed repeated, I can hear both the dispatcher and field units on this output frequency.

Thanks Kelton - might it be a Pac/RT (reading the license in-depth) that the OP is hearing the Repeater tail ??

I deleted the attachment from Kelton.Dray, as there were IP addresses visible in the image. Even those that are closed internal addresses, I don't want published photos on this site that display log in, password or IP information.

Also for what it's worth, and this is where I am CLOSING this thread. I just pulled up the Broadcastify feed from there on 151.4600.
Units are 100% simplex. Thank you everyone who contributed here, and to @ecps92 for his careful vetting here.
