Looks like it was being used for snow plow operations, heard a mention of trying to scrape to pavement at Signature (Logan's FBO). This was earlier today, 2.24.26.
 
Pacmannion by and chance did you use ADSB Exchange to track plow movement? Not all airports do it, but Logan tracks ground vehicles and while I'm too far away to hear the radio traffic I noted that plows were on the runways while the airport was closed.

I was driving so no chance to view it. But I have viewed them in the past. There's also ATM Mosaic Viewer that I've seen display the airport vehicles.
