Mass State Police P25 System. Do Worcester transmit sites also transmit Troop A, B, etc?

I don't think I've ever heard the Patrol Channels (main C Troop MSP talk groups) on the city system. LPS, Event, and some peripheral stuff, yeah. SOPS? Don't think so, but C-Ptl-1, 2, 3? I don't think ever.
I suppose I could be wrong but I'd swear I heard digital sounding C-PTL traffic driving through the city 6-9 months ago and looked down and saw it was on the Worcester system.

I've definitely heard C Patrol on site 36. I don't monitor it enough to determine how often but I have heard it.

I thought I was clear. The radios are programmed not to go there unless they fall out of range. But at that point they will affiliate and then yes the talkgroup shows up.

It's sort of like an Intellipeater on the Type 2 system. You only hear traffic when a TG affiliates with that site because the mobile/portable unit can't hit main Zone sites.

MassPort units affiliating with the 700Mhz Boston Overlay are the same, but more frequent.

C-PTL talkgroups do NOT show up on Worcester digital simulcast, those Talkgroups have affiliation turned off, the only time they do show up is when station C or any other console patches a valid talkgroup on worcester like LPS-7 to C-PTL.

I currently have 2 BC 996P2's. I'm considering purchasing an SDS200. Is there anyone in the Worcester area that I can have it programed for just what I want it to receive?
